Name a movie that you enjoyed, and one reason why you liked it.


I'll start off with Evita starring Madonna and Antonio Banderas. I like the music. We watched it (on DVD) during dinner. I wasn't able to finish watching it because my mother wanted to watch something else so now I am listening to the soundtrack on Napster.

When I was working as an America Reads Tutor in a public school library, the librarian once told me that people tend to marry someone like their parents. For her, she had sworn never to marry a man like her father - and ended up doing exactly that. My mother laughingly agrees that this tends to be the case.

So I was wondering, for those who are married, do you agree with this?

In anticipation of the movie that is coming out on Jul 1st, I decided to check out what the cartoon was like. The humor is rather juvenile but I enjoy the show. I hope not to be too disappointed with the film version, which looked somewhat interesting in the previews.

Is anyone else intending to watch the movie?

So I'm hearing that this third movie is the best of the three. I've only seen the first one. I'm wondering, what about this movie makes people say that? Has anyone seen it yet? What do you think?
