Dragon Cave Links and Information (Updated May 26, 2010)

Yay i got them thanks to internet cafe power LOL.Here's hoping for 2 male 2 female XD

I got a frozen hatchling and one female one. Lost 2 live hatchlings and an adult male.

Got myself one of the new ones but no vampires yet.

Each zombie dragon takes up a kill spot, just so you know. There are other information that I don't remember and have to leave now so I won't be able to search for it in the forums. Will post when I can.

Yeah i lost my red stripped hatchling.Was hoping i would get a zombie but no luck.Just like last year.But i lost more that year XD

I managed 4 fails and one Zombie on mine. I did two scrolls catching for friends...one had 3 successes no fail, one had two successes no fail.

I guess I just zombiephail ^^

I can eventually (hopefully) get Vamps for everyone. I have three adults and have succesfully bitten one egg so far. (Couldn't try for more yet since I'm scroll locked with Pumpkin dragons.) Once I get my hatchlings then I'll be glad to bite eggs for the rest of you. It may take quite a while though since they can only bite once a month.

Make sure that when you are ready to bite, give the link to the egg you will bite. They often auto-abandon and the catcher will be able to catch it....or catch it on Maeghan's scroll so you don't lose it

Thanks for the advice! I didn't think of being able to get the link from the egg before biting. I'll definitely do that next time.

Thanks for the update, daeninn. I was starting to think I was the only one still playing DC.

Anyone get the '09 holiday eggs? There are apparently 3 different adult sprites. Pity we can only get 2 but at least the limit enabled some who would not be able to get them otherwise get one or two (like myself).

Ugh i hate the limit thing.After xmas the cave and abandoned cave was full of xmas eggs which noone got due to the limit.

At leats they could let you have 4 of them the next year.It sucks that we can breed last year's dragon but still have the 2 limit thing.

I understand what you mean about PC issues and laziness. I have experienced both. In fact, I spent the weekend and several days afterward backing up my stuff, reformatting my laptop, and reinstalling Windows XP. I had to do that twice because I think something went wrong the first time. It's such a pain but my laptop was getting way too slow and programs were hanging up on me.

It's a bit better now but I didn't finish installing all the programs I would like to install on it - just the necessary ones.

Ughh about the three sprites. Why have 3 and only allow us 2? I froze one of my hatchlings anyway, so I'll just be getting the one type.

I finally spent several hours updating my dragon cave pics, so I'll add the new ones to the first post here.

At least we didn't have something like the "leetle tree" this year to drive us crazy.

Edit: I guess we'll all just get one type now, even if we have more than one adult. Sounds like the color of wing is determined by your scroll, so both will be the same.

Yup, that's what people are saying in the forum thread now. I don't know whether it was that way before people supposedly "cheated" to get the wing color they wanted, or if it is now that way since TJ randomly reset the wing colors on everyone's scrolls. Who knows - the whole situation could change again by tomorrow, lol.

These are the different sprites. I'm not even gonna pick a favorite as that will assuredly cause me not to get that one on my scroll.

Grrr i didn't have time to check on mine so they both turned out to be female.And i didn't get the chance to freeze one in baby stage Hope we can bereed them this xmas so i can release one,get a new egg and freeze it

And it sucks that theere are 3 types and you can only have 2.Things like these make me not want to play anymore since i am an obsessed collector lol and i feel the need to have them all
