We're supposed to get hit by a big ice storm over the next couple days. OK with me cause all my shopping is done so I'm stayin' at home!

I just read about a part-plant, part-animal. I find it quite fascinating that this little sea slug is able to appropriate chloroplasts and produce chlorophyll and go through photosynthesis. It made me think about how convenient it would be for us if we could do the same - but then it wouldn't be as much fun not being able to taste and eat delicious food so I guess I'm content with not being part-plant myself. Very Happy

Despite what the news was saying about a huge snowstorm, we did NOT get any snow.

The town even salted our streets. There goes however many pounds of salt to waste...
